The draft resolution (Reg. No. 2957) suggests excluding clause 39.0 from the National Action Plan, and amending clauses 36.6., 37.1, 36.2, 36.3., 39.3., in order to specify and prevent threats they contain.
The Chairperson of the Committee Liliya Hrynevych stressed that several provisions of the National Action Plan caused upsurge of indignation of scientific-pedagogical personnel, trade unions’ committees and students. Therefore, the Committee held public discussion of provisions of the National Action Plan 2013 (IV. Educational reform and development of scientific-technical sphere), in terms of their correspondence to the modern needs of higher education reforming, benefits and risks they contain, consequences of their implementation for higher education in future.
Results of the discussion were included to the draft of the respective address.
